I've been thinking of something to write to further voice my views on the topics raised through the visuals in this video but I fear, as an outsider looking in, I have no right to prod and poke holes into a world I have not lived in nor have experienced. I have never been to the 'land of the free' and I have definitely not experienced the issues portrayed within this video personally, I have merely witnessed it from afar and cast judgment. However, I cannot disagree with the negative connotations towards the visuals being played behind the music.

Police brutality, school shootings, gluttony/overeating, racism, drug addiction/overdosing, human trafficking, access to guns, 'clout chasing', private healthcare, the list goes on...

These things are very much inherent all around the world, yet America appears to receive the most traction and negative attention from them and continues to battle against these issues day in and day out with very little change or progress.

Once again, it's easy for a non American, middle class, 'privileged' white male to say 'I disagree with gun ownership', or that 'people should just stop taking opiates' or that 'police brutality is completely unacceptable' but until such demographic experiences any of the USA's issues first hand I feel that making a judgement or proposing solutions can be a touchy topic to discuss.

I believe in peace and equality for all and if that can't be achieved in my lifetime then God help the next.
