MADLIB & FREDDIE GIBBS – PINATA CLASSIC ALBUM REACTION/REVIEW (Jungle Beats)

We’ve been asked to classic reviews for a long while but we thought we’d start it with Madlib & Gibbs as ‘Bandana’ looks set to drop soon. I (A. Mann on the left) am familiar with the album where as Sandalis is not. So you’ll get a look at someone with a fresh experience and someone with a nostalgic experience. There’s a reason this is considered a classic and i think towards the end we come up with a great conclusion. Sorry for not diving in too deep lyrically but we hope you enjoy & thank you! Jungle Beats aspires to be Australia’s plug to the best most prolific/unique hiphop artists in the world. @AlexanderMann & @AlexSandalis host Australia’s biggest and weirdest music review channels. Jungle Beats is about creatively sharing our love for music/hiphop with energy, positivity and passion. We started this in 2015 with a weekly hiphop show on a radio station in Melbourne, Australia. In August 2016 we decided to create Jungle Beats Media. To us, Australia doesn’t have a strong hiphop identity within culture. Who do you think of when you think hiphop in Australia? Most think of people OUTSIDE of this country. Maybe we can change that in some small way and push it forward. JBM is side hustle of ours, so it’s not going to be perfect. It’s gonna be haphazard, crazy, and we’re gonna mess up. But that’s music, and we love it.
