So imo I was okay with the intro and its probably because I've heard Jeremih on something similar with big Sean's the light although I can't remember if there was a quior .. h.e.r. actually has a reggae song called do to me and skip marley and h.e.r. but I was and impressed that he sampled shawty lo's they know song and added a Reggie twist to .. since I did it only took probably 45 secs to grow on me ..the only song I was iffy about this my year.. some of my family used to be huge fans of baby boy artist whether it was biggie , diddy, mase, lil kim, 112, Faith Evans & etc so when I heard that song I knew it was either a beat from a diddy or biggie song and it was biggie's long kiss good night but overall.. I don't the song was okay .. I'm not sure if anyone well ever realize this but dj khaled mostly always either comes up with the idea of his song and sometimes even writes the hook of his songs for this album I think the only exceptions were big paper (which was actually a last minute added song) & Greece..I've been listening to khaled's albums since 2015 and I think (I could be wrong tho) that he's been doing the whole sample thing since 2015 but we all know that his first hit that he did it on was do you mind fr chris brown, August alsina, nicki Minaj, future & rick Ross where he sampled lil John's lover & friends ft usher & ludacris .. my only problem with that song is that it was had too many artists on it.. so imo as long as the song is not bad I don't really have a problem with the way he samples as his song.. I'm not really familiar with benny siegel's music like that & I've only recently heard people talk about him so all I can see is that h.e.r. was amazing and meek had a good verse on that song.. also if you listen to tracks 4-14 and just skip track 5&9 they sonically sound cohesive then his previous albums .. with that being said to me (end even though his biggest hits aren't on this album) this is his best album

michael 1988 says:

1/2 a brain when yall talked about JT…first of all, if you are going to compare him to Chris Brown or Justin Bieber, he came before them, so he paved the way and they sound like him not vice versa..and if you didnt like him with Pharell you are fucking stupid.

Obi Smalls says:
